Our mission is to create affordable, high-quality homes in Chilbolton for individuals and families with a local connection. We aim to support the village’s future and community wellbeing by providing affordable homes. With local involvement, we'll ensure that housing remains accessible for generations to come.
Goals
At the formation of the Chilbolton Community Land Trust, we're setting our sights on an initial development of around 8 - 12 social rental homes in our community
